    3. Start of an action plan/ steps to addressing the top 3 objectives.

    Strategic Growth Planning

    • Analyze current growth pattern, in-depth SWOT analysis, collaborate with management to develop 3-5 year strategic plan allowing for changes in growth and key metrics.

    Transitional Planning

    • Work owner out of the day-to-day operations, help prepare business for a sale, optimize business valuation, etc.

  • Financial Budgeting & Forecasting

    • Identify key factors, build plug & play model, and determine possible courses of action.
