I love the journey! My skill set, passion, and time is best spent helping you get from point A to point B. I like serving as a guide - navigating the dangerous ravines and scaling the arduous mountain peaks with you!
Having served in every role from custodian to CEO over the last decade, I have been in the shoes of each of your employees. I understand the day-to-day challenges and how difficult it can be to get out of a “rut.” We get used to “the way we do things” or may more dangerously state: “that's the way it's always been done.” To overcome these challenges, I developed a three-phase approach.
Unlike most consultants, I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I LIKE the implementation process and executing a plan WITH your team. I have realized that good ideas are a dime a dozen, but execution is everything!

Experience
Michael Weisbeck was born and raised in Bismarck, ND. He received degrees in Finance & AMP; Management, Information Systems, Philosophy, and Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN and Sacred Heart, Detroit, MI.
Mike served eight years as the Director of Finance & AMP; Operations for a quickly growing, 300-employee organization located in Bismarck, ND. Michael oversaw the merger and integration of multiple businesses while serving as the Director of Finance. With the assistance of Mike’s leadership, the organization experienced year-over-year growth and double of the annual budget.
Mike started Weisbeck Consulting in 2021 and has been serving numerous clients, across various industries, in COO and CFO related services. His projects and approach are focused on growth, scalability, and sustainability. Mike focuses on operational reporting metrics, business continuity approaches, and data driven decision making to assist owners in getting back into the driver’s seat. He has assisted many of his clients on the buy side and sell side.
One of his primary consulting clients has experienced massive growth over the last two years: doubling top line revenue, growing the team (from eight to 25 members, from one office to three), expanding into additional services offerings, acquiring, and integrating two businesses, and creating/implementing efficient operational practices.
Mike is currently serving on a couple non-profit Boards, helps mentor start-up and early growth businesses, serves as an MBA student mentor at U-Mary, and teaches HR/Management classes at BSC.
